Rv Lot

Was looking for a campground up around Belwood Lake/Guelph area and I stumbled upon a campground that sells Rv Lots, and you can live there year round. I have sent them a email for more info but this is what I know now.

Lots are roughly 50 by 100 feet and go for 8000.00 to 11000.00, included on site is water hydro and sewar. I would think you are billed for hydro. Propery taxes are additonal and around 600.00 per year. Maintenance fees are 3000.00 per year payable monthly.

Campground is on the lake, good cause I have a boat. Not too far from where my shop will be, about 40 minute drive. Indoor swimming pool for the winter months.

It's called Maple Leaf Acres, if you care to google.

Member owned park too.

What do you think?????
