Keep cheese fresh for twice as long...

To ensure your favourite cheese stays mold-free in the fridge, store it in a sealed container with two sugar cubes. The sugar will absorb the moisture released by the cheese, inhibiting the growth of mold spores

Smash Your Herbs

Next time you add fresh herbs to a marinade, sauce or salad, gently smash them with a wooden spoon first (or use a mortar and pestle.) The friction will release the herb's natural flavour. If you're using dried herbs , rub them between your fingers to release the flavour.

So Easy Cooked Corn on the Cob
1 ear of corn with the husk and silk on it
Directions
1 Place the corn in the microwave, do not remove the husk. Microwave the corn on the high setting for 4 minutes.
2 Use a kitchen towel or pot holder to remove corn from the microwave (it's hot!) Cut off the bottom of the corn, stem end, about one row of corn in from the stem
3 Slip off the husk and silk.
That's it! Never been so easy and good

We put a pizza stone in our camper's oven and it bakes a lot better. Take longer to preheat but once the stone is heated up the biscuits brown better. Being new, though, little experience.
