For all the Norwegians out there. Have you ever had Lefse.
It is one of my favorites for sure.

5 large potatoes (russets work best)
½ cup heavy cream
3 T. butter
1 tsp salt
½ c flour for each 1 cup of potatoes

To cooked potatoes add cream, butter, & salt, and cool
Add flour roll into a ball and mix until smooth.
Form into a ball ( size of a egg)
Roll until flat
Add to flat pan that is not greased over medium heat
Turn over and when both side are done cool between wax paper

For more recipes visit ...Karen's Kitchen
Or spread butter on the top and serve

If you can't eat salt then don't slam the recipe because you have health issues.
Some of us are fortunate enough not to have to worry about what foods we eat and we are still healthy.

Most of our health issues are in the mind. You control your health.
You control every aspect of your life with your thoughts.
Nothing you have, do or experience has not happened without you first thinking about it. And that is true of all the good things and all the bad things. You may not even realize the power of your thought, but it is true.

As a man thinketh....
