Pulled Pork In A Bun
Ingredients
1 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tsp. grated ginger root
1 pork shoulder (5 lb./2.2 kg)
16 sandwich buns, split
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients. Place meat in disposable foil pan; cover with 1/3 of the barbecue sauce mixture.
Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate. Refrigerate remaining barbecue sauce mixture until ready to use.
Meanwhile, heat barbecue to medium heat.
Place pan on barbecue grate; cover with lid. Grill 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160ºF).
Remove from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, pour remaining barbecue sauce mixture into a large saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Shred meat with 2 forks or cut into bite-size pieces. Add to saucepan; stir to evenly coat. Serve in buns

This is how I do pulled pork....
Rub a pork butt (yes, that is what its called, in the states, anyway) with your favorite rub
Smoke to 210 degrees F
Cover with towels and put in cooler for an hour or so
It will pull apart, almost fall apart, very easily
I always keep the sauce on the side, for whoever wants in, I prefer mine with no sauce

Smoker at 240......internal temp of the butt is 210. i recently did two 4-5 pound butts and they were in the smoker for 10 hours. I stopped the smoke around 150 degrees.

You can also smoke to around 150 then finish them in the oven or a crockpot.

I have an electric smoker so its just as easy to finish them in the smoker.
