Consider a Tango!

Customer service is one thing, but when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty it needs to be properly noted.
The dealer I bought my Tango from went out of business and the “new dealer” doesn’t have his service department up and running just yet. After a phone call to the factory one of the owners of Pacific Coach Works, Dane Found who I met at the L.A. RV show, told me to talk to his warranty department. I spoke with Gary Richardson and he set it up for me to bring it in.

I went over a short list of problems and Gary went to work. Calling me the next day he said my trailer was ready! Not only did they fix the problems discussed but they fixed things I never thought to ask about….
Fixed;
A/C - some tape obstructing the vent N/C
Fridge – nothing wrong after all N/C
Installed a new front Tango decal N/C
This is all I took it in for, below is what they saw was wrong and fixed
________________________________

Installed new trim screw cover all around the entrance door N/C
Installed all new plastic on the outside – door holders – range hood cover – outdoor recptle cover – cable connector N/C
Repaired 3’ wall boarder N/C
Reattached the vanity mirror (my fault) N/C
Replaced two mini blinds that my dogs tore up N/C
Replaced the fender skirts – I didn’t even notice they were cracked! N/C
Replaced two mini blinds that my dogs tore up N/C ! That was worth mentioning twice.
Unbelievable!

Tom Powell and Dane Found, you guys run a top notch operation!

In the market for a new TT – you have to check out Tango!

Wow - service that is above and beyond! Good to hear that some folks still have that wonderful ethic of 'treat the customers right and they will spread the word"

Glad to read about your great experience. :D

Now that's what I call customer service! Wish the local dealership were as conscientious. Lizzy
