Heelo all

I guess I skipped right over the welcome center section and went right to posting. I hail from Milton Ontario Canada, fulltimer and run a business, 14 year old at home still, married and have grandkids too.

Like to get away for the spring and summer weekends, spend most of the winter months working and surfing sites like this one.

Like to see what others are doing, like lots of pics.

FYI - we foster and transport German Shepherds. DW is Secretary of the Front Range German Shepherd Rescue here in Colorado. :)

A customer of mine got a rescue GSD, beautiful dog but has problems with tendons in the front legs/wrist, abused badly in his former life. I don't think I could do that line of work, too much heartache. He has spent thousands of dollars on this dog bringing him to the level he is at now.

Know what you mean - Bonnie was found running loose (with Clyde!) after we think a puppy mill abandoned them. She has devastating hip degeneration, and we and the rescue have already spent $900 on surgery on one hip. She is now walking again on 4 legs, but we wil have to wait another 12 months before attempting the same surgery on the other hip. She is one of the most loving and faithful animals I have ever owned and, believe me, we have and have had a lot!

My fear is my two girls getting hip problems,t hey are okay right now but one is only 18 months and the other 30 months. They both listen to my every word and are very obedient and loyal. Friendly with everyone that comes through my shop daily, but at night it's a different story. They truly have a life of leisure and spoiled rotten every minute .
