My family and I have been camping for 35+ years. I am 65 and my wife is 64 years old. We have a daughter, two sons, and 4 grandchildren. We have camped in tents, truck campers, pop-up's, and travel trailers. We are camping in a 2005 30 foot Terry Dakota Ultralite at this time. We have met many fine people through the years and still keep in contact with a lot of them. My two youngest granddaughters, Brooke age 8 & katelyn age 4 are very avid campers and want to go all the time. Most of our camping is in Alabama, Florida & Tennessee. I like the idea of this web site as it will give me the chance to get some new ideas from others & share some of my ideas with other campers. God Bless & keep each and everyone.

Welcome aboard.
I used to live in Daytona Beach in Florida quite a while ago and just absolutely loved the state.
My wife and I are entertaining the idea of heading down the East coast of the USA and visiting Florida this coming fall and winter.
How are things going economy wise and tourism wise in the state?
Any tips you can think of that may help Canadians as we travel south?
Wishing you all the best.
