I don't think I've heard of it either. What is the difference between the E2 and previous equalizer?

It is made by the same company that makes the equalizer. allot like the reese pro series. I guess it is cheaper to build.the company says the equalizer has 4 point sway control and the E2 has 2 point sway control.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but.....

I've got a Reese dual cam - complete hitch/weight distribution/anti-sway etc with 1000 lb bars, sitting in my garage gathering dust. Only used for one season (switched to a fifth wheel) - anyone have any suggestions as to what I should ask for it on, say, e-bay?

This reminds me of 2 things. 1..I need to order a new pin for the Equal-i-zer (mine vanished) and 2...I have an older Draw Tite (I think) WD setup sitting in the garage.

We have the "regular" one. If the E2 works as well as ours does it will be a great hitch for you.

New to me as well. Looks like a rather subdued hitch head compared to original. No rotational friction. I just upgraded from a 1K to a 1.2K (the 4 point) to accommodate my heavier trailer. The dealer said I could probably get $150 for the 6 yr old 1K. I put it on my local TV station internet classified section for $250 and had 5 offers in the first 24 hours...took the one who offered to drive to my place and pick it up.
I should note that I did not know I needed the upgrade until I tried to get the rear sag out of my TV and found out (with my newly acquired Sherline Tongue Weight Scale) that my tongue weight was 1100# when I thought it was 900#. Tow and learn.
