Restored RVs

Looking back show. http://gallery.venturacountystar.com/video.cfm?VideoID=836

Now, it's mostly travel trailers.

& they try very hard to have the tow vehicle come from the same era.

& other accessories.

I have to say that when these 'buggies' were made, I wasn't into campers at all, but 'real' camping.

Oops. Left one off: http://www.abc.net.au/tv/collectors/segments/s2509799.htm

They're Aussie.

Aussie friend of mine says there are clubs of them. Just as we have clubs of antique autos over here.

Don't see as many oldies here in Canada as they have in Oz. They've made a cottage industry about them, sorta like Rte 66 afficianados down south. Without the roads, there's no reason to have them.

My Great Uncle (59022) you may remember from the other forum took pride in having restored several old Airstreams. He gave one to me before he died. His wife has sold all his toys now and those three remaining Airstreams went for big dollars!
