Evacuation from Hurricane Gustav

Unread postby wintek on Thu Aug 28, 2008 5:28 pm

If anyone has to evacuate from hurricane Gustav, I live in North Louisiana and can assist in getting a camp site. All of the major campgrounds are listed in Woodall’s and I can give you recommendations. I know of several obscure camp grounds / sites if you cannot find a spot. Just PM me and I'll give you my phone number and I'll find something for you.

We started making preparations today at work to deploy to the Gulf. Preliminary info is that we are likely bound for Jackson County, MS, sometime over the weekend. We worked there in 2005 for Katrina, and we made a good number of lifetime friends that I look forward to being able to help again.
