Hello everyone!! We are looking at purchasing a used RV, around 2007 and are wondering what you would recommend we stay away from or what brand to look for when purchasing a used RV. thank you!!

Jolynn

You need to identify which type of RV you are interested in. Motor home, Class A,B,C or travel trailer or 5th wheel?

What type of travelling will you be doing?

Do you already have a vehicle for towing the RV or if you are getting a motor home will you be towing a car behind to tour with instead of unhooking the motor home.

Once you have narrowed it down a bit I am sure some of the folks on the forum can help with recommendations.

We have had motor homes for all of our RV'ing life and had good luck with Bigfoot, National RV SeaBreeze (no longer in business) and Fleetwood Southwind.

Good luck and no matter what RV you buy have safe & happy travels.

Firstly, you need to decide where and for how long you are going to travel. First, you decide your traveling plans. There are various classes in the RV. As per my point of view, you should first rent a van, analyze your use and then buy a new or used van. This is a convenient option for the long run of your van.
