We rarely use our oven, except for making cinnamon buns on a Sun morning......drives the campers next to use crazy :)

But I would like to see some easy recipes......going in and out of the trailer sometimes is a hassle

I may be wrong, but most newer RV's have convection ovens. Very new RV's, actually. Most have a typical propane oven. Ours has never been used, and the cooktop has only been used a handful of times. One of my dream upgrades would be a convection/microwave combination and an induction cooktop. Of course, that would involve hitting the lottery, in which I would then buy a new RV, which would already have this, so it wouldn't be an upgrade. Nevermind.

Our RV is a 1998 and it has a microwave/convention and it also has the regular oven.
we have never used the regular oven (other than for storage) but we do use the convection a lot.

Having said that, the BBQ gets the most use of all.
