Tango anyone?

Unread postby The Wood Tinker on Thu Apr 03, 2008 1:19 am

Any Tango owners?
I just went on a factory tour and have a few photos if anyone is interested. I have the 299BHS and planned our tour on the days there were building our unit. Very interesting indeed.

Hi Jerry,
We almost bought a Tango. We were on our way to sales office to work out deal on one and ended up with the KZ!. I think we were unsure of the new company status and since it was our first rv, just not confident it was right for long run. Plus the KZ was quite a bit lighter for more room. I have ready nothing but good about them so far. Did you pick yours up at factory? I would like to see your photos if you post to picture site.

Thanks

This was our second TT and we were impressed with the quality of the unit. The company is new yes, but it is full of veteran RV people (ex Thor people).
I picked ours up at the dealer and did the factory tour a month later, very interesting day.
I have not posted the pictures to a site yet but I will.

I don't think so....these guys were tired of being told what floor plans to build, what materials to use etc...
Thor makes a great TT! 8-)

Hi Jerry.
Thanks for inviting me to this site.I was wondering what your new TT was, though i've never heard of a "tango"Great pic's & i love your TV.Do u use all those silly bars or is your TV stable enough w/o them.
Love this site, haven't heard any crybabies & found some great input in 5ers forum that got me thinking i may not upgrade to a 5er. Mike

Welcome aboard! No crybabies here! We're a pretty even tempered bunch!

I was interested by you comment about thinking you might not upgrade to a fiver. I re-read that thread and I would say that the majority of the posts were supportive of fivers. It is of course a personal decision based on many, many things: height (although my fiver is the same o/a height as my previous TT); truck size, steps to bedroom etc.

I love it, however that every one always refers to it as 'Upgrading' to a fiver!

Hey! Welcome to the no crybabies allowed site Mike! LOL
I think you'll find some nice people here and good info.

I use the Equal-i-zer on the new TT, works great. Thanks for the compliment on the TV. I really got a great deal on it and couldn't pass it up.
Welcome aboard 8-)
