Well - as it didn't happen, I am happy to report that my 6 nights at Lake Pueblo, CO starting on Tuesday, are still on! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

and no the world did not end I know because right now is sitting here typing this out and watching the rain fall

I was just looking at the pic that you posted. What is that rig over the picnic table? Yours or the campgrounds?

Don't do any fishing - having grown up 'on the sea' in England, all my fishing has been deep sea. I find lake and river fishing boring. Different strokes for different folks! :) I like having the boat so I can zip around the lakes, towing friends and their kids in tubes or on skis, or just for exploring new places.

Most Colorado State Parks have shelters like that over the picnic table. basically corrugated aluminium on steel poles. They always locate them so that they are back to the local prevailing winds - useful!
