Of course, I live within reach of the foghorns on salt water, but generally, 2 weeks of wet weather, then two weeks of relatively dry weather.

& you will be past the equinox.

Things tend to get a little more stable when that's past.

Not getting on my nerves at all! Just loving it.

But then it is in the low 60s here in Denver.

Of course, we'll pay for it shortly......

We've had 6cm fall since last evening.....according to Environment Canada. But it's more like 15cm or so.
Nothing like the London area so I'm not complaining at all!

Right now that London area is not a nice place to be driving we took the 402 last year to sarnia and believe me it was a white knuckle drive all the way
I hope by the time were ready to leave things have changed

Now, the years I lived in Montreal I could tell you snow tales. 1st year, 29.5 inches in 30 hours.

Then there was the year I was heading down to visit family in Pennsylvania. Montreal had 3 days of snow that I remember - an 8, an 8, and 13 inches. I left town on the 13 day, drove the 40 miles south to the border, by which time both the roads and the surrounding land were completely free of snow.

Of course, I know that such snow free ground is unusual for in land places like New York State, Vermont, & Pennsylvania, but that year 'twas so.

Get the weight in back, make sure of the tires and go.

;)
ps. by now, Frank, you should have figured that I've had more than one travel job and that one of them was in Northern Ontario from Sudbury up to Hornepayne.

Like I said - we'd pay for it!

6 to 10 inches forecast in the next 24 hours for Denver metro.

(That's 15.2 to 25.4 cm for you folks up there north of the border! )

I heard the police, assume OPP, had put up barricades to close Rte. 402 and people moved them, thus leaving hundreds to be caught by the storm.

 Little Kopit
yes I've noticed you've done your share driving but you know when it comes to me last year was the first year I hauled my fifth wheel in snow and I did not enjoy it one bit
I noticed you said that the police had 402 blocked off and people moved the barricades it's like that down here when it comes to icefishing people are warned and Warren that the ice is unsafe and is even open water out there and people still go you cannot stop them
well 12 more sleeps and we are supposed to be heading to Texas I hope the weather is on our side that's it

Well, our wonderful forecasters got it wrong - no snow at all - zip, nada! :)
