Almost ready to go. Thanks Workhorse.

Was just about ready to leave today for a week in Sudbury and manitoulin island. Went to get my propane filled and some fuel. When I got home the right front brake was warmer than it should have been. Well now for some fun, thanks Workhorse. Have to lube the the brake slides. I have to say those tires are getting heavier each time. Each brake takes about 30 minutes so only 2 hours but it's a long 2 hours.

Guess we are ready now. At least we can stop when we have to.

Thanks again Workhorse for giving me things to do. :P

Hope you have a GREAT time.
Drive safe, and remember to show some pics when you get back.

We are planning to go to Macgregor PP next weekend, then to Awenda PP for the rest of the week.

Have a great trip! Having properly working brakes are always good. ;)

I'm still in Newfoundland until next Thursday, then the trip back to Ottawa. I'll post pictures when I return.

Made it to Sudbury, good thing the brakes were working 100%. Just outside of Perry Sound we had a pickup truck towing a boat pull out right in front of us. Just about nailed him, think we only had 50' or so. As we were hard on the brakes and horn he pulled out of the way. Can't believe some people. They must think they are the only ones on the road.

Got to say it scared the s%&t out of me. The wife was a wreak the rest of this leg. Had some close calls before in a car before but knock on wood this was the first and hope the last with the motorhome.

Brakes and tires are always the top of my list as far as pre trip inspection and hope they are yours also. The engine only gets you going but having to steer and stop are far more important.

Thanks all, just needed to vent... :D
