I would say yes - depends on the axle ratio and if the weight of the trailer you list is Dry or Loaded - plus, I am presuming you are not talking 5th wheel!:

I have a 2008 std cab, 4wd, std bed with a 4.7 that was supposedly upgraded from your 2007. A brand new engine design that took the 4.7 from 225hp to 290hp and well over 300lbs of torque. It struggles in hilly country and I'm pulling around 6000 pounds last time I weighed it. I have the 3.92 gear and my truck is only just enough to tolerate our camper.

You can go to dodge website and put in your vin number for a build sheet on your truck if you don't know all about yet.
