This past weekends adventure.

Well, with the sale of the old TT we agreed to deliver it to it's new owners in Northern Ontario, on Manitoulin Island to be exact, for anyone familiar with the area.

600 Kilometers (375 miles) up...left home at 6AM and arrived around 1:30 after a few brief pitstops for coffee, fuel, and food. :)

Took the ferry home which saved several hours of driving, but wasn't terribly pleasurable due to the high winds which kept the boat rocking pretty much constantly. Did get a chance to sit down and have a decent meal during the 2 hour ride, though. Ferry was late arriving at the pickup point so it was in turn a bit late arriving at the destination, but the few hours of downtime was nice anyways.

Arrived back home at 10:15PM. Total of 1050 Kilometers (~650 miles or so) covered. :-)

Took a few pics with my iPhone.

(Just noticed they ended up view the pics bottom to top to get the story right. :-) )
Waiting to unload at Tobermory Ontario

The "Chi-Chi Chemaun" approaching the ferry terminal.
Beautiful scenery up here..
Here comes the ferry.
Quick shot I snapped while leaving of the TT in it's new home - No more travelling for it, it's in a park now.
Stopped at the Manitoulin Island visitors center.
Backup camera view of the hitch while enroute. Pointless, but neat none the less. :-)
Heading into the north, about an hour south of Sudbury Ontario.

Boy...that was one full day.I liked the photo's on the ferry. It looks like a good spot for your old trailer to retire.
