Hey it's time for "guess this mystery location" once again. Oh well you will have to admit it has been a long winter!
Here is the first hint. This location is west of North Platte,Ne. Is that a hint or what?

My first guess would be somewhere in the Glacier National Park area. Possibly from the Many Glacier Valley?

That's the Maroon Bells in Colorado. We haven't ever seen them in person but they're one of those "most photographed" locations.

Yes in fact that is the Maroon Bells and as you stated one of the most photographed location in the country. A lovely area to visit and yet the Wilderness Area which it is in is very rugged. Hikers often become lost in that area . Probably because it draws a lot of tourist who are not familiar with the perils of back country hiking.

Maroon Bells - Colorado. Camped there as a teen with the family. Water froze in the dogs bowl overnight, but stayed warm in the pop-up.

Love that place!
