Ace - here... own a similar model to you, except our rig is a 2006 SunSeeker 31 Ft, with a toad..
we will be Leaving on Feb 10'10 for the South (Florida & Disney). Leaving the snow for sunnier climate.

Usually we always have lots of experiences/disasters, and keep a blog.

Bought the SunSeeker used, in 2008 with 8000 Miles on it. Currently over 20000 miles.
Added XM radio, rear Camera, Fantastic Fan, Flat Screen TV /DVD player (front & Rear) and Alarm system
Trouble with Electric Step, Tires and Just replaced the 650 AMP Engine Battery...

All experiences so far, have been enjoyable, as the wife is unable to fly, so Ground transport & RV'ing are the way to go.

I'll be there in September - going to DW's class reunion at New Smyrna Beach (that's just south of Daytona).

Hi Ace. We'll be heading to Florida in November, so please give us a trip report when you get back.
We hope to have a toad by then. We bought our Sunseeker last year with about 15000 miles on it. We put about 5000 on it last year. Question for ya, does your inverter/converter seem to cycle on and off for a few seconds at a time? Our dealer says it's normal, but it just seems strange. Thanx and welcome to the forum.

Well we had one hell-of ava trip, returned first week of March 2010, and will not be returning to Florida for a very long time. As the weather in North America this winter was terrible, We did not enjoy our trip. It cost us 11 tires in 400 miles.
Pot holes in Richmond VA. killed the front end. Never seen such storms going thru the mountains on the way back....

As for the power converter cycling.. After we plug-in at a campsite, once the batteries are charged, the only time we hear the unit is when we turn on a 12V light or device. Once the device is off, the power converter shuts off. So, my answer to you is NO doesn't sound normal to me...
