Hello I have recently aquired a 34' Class A , and am just enjoying getting use to the RV scene . We live here in Langley B.C. Canada and expect to take short trips south to get familiar with the unit. The Mrs and I traded the two kids for two small dogs and life seems to be good so far. I look forward to spending time on this forum as I belong to a classic car forum which is structured very similar.
My first question ...and I have a lot of them is ... My RV has a tv(2), dvd, vhs . When I attempt to raise the Wingate antenna , my t.v says "no signal". I spoke to an R.V'er guy and he said you must have a booster. (??) As mentioned the R.V.is new to us, but it is a 1998 Vintage . Well then some one said you need a convertor box that mounts on the antenna ? Well here I sit dump founded and searching for help . Yes I guessI could invest in Satelite...but I'm trying to stay away from that at this time .
If anyone could offer me some guidance I would be most pleased.
Thanks
Lifestyles of the not so rich and famous ...Rocky and Sammi
